- SMStace Mo5 days ago1.0As a bartender I am trying to see why the bartenders are all down by service bar. There is a bar full of MONEY and patrons. As a former assistant bar manager there should be 3-4 bartenders behind this huge bar. Really 5. Section the bar off. One in service bar and 2 on each side. They losing TIP money due to them not knowing how to multitask and be attentive. Bar nasty too. When a patron sit at bar acknowledge them by speaking. 30 mins and the server told her I was here. She has yet to come down here Smh

Waiter only came to our table twice, she was nowhere to be found. When we did get to eat the food was delicious expensive but it was good. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you were going for a bday party or just taking a bunch of kids.

Our server brought the manager over, who instead of trying to help, asked us to””what’s up?” And then refused to say anything other than food is on the way. They ended up comping my friend’s steak, but after being held hostage for nearly 3 hours—that’s not nearly enough.

My kids ordered the normal burgers/ fries. I was so happy to wait at the table and have real food. As usual they are lightly staffed so it takes time to get service, but once someone is assigned it was delightful curteous service. WILL COME HERE INSTEAD OF OTHER COMPETITORS because i dont have to eat slop. Thank god for Dave's
