  There was not a hello when I walked in. I came in ready to speak already having a gloomy day. At least six employees and not one hello. Three made eye contact with the expression that they didn't want to be bothered. My food wasn't on the shelf so I went to the register. The employee had just rung someone up. I was standing there and it took her almost a minute to acknowledge me. She held her head down doing nothing for about 20 of those seconds. I told her I had a pickup order. She just pointed to the employee to the side preparing orders. He did ask the name nicely and handed the bag to me with care. The store is usually pretty upbeat, but these faces made me not want to return. As a small business owner and having been in management before, there's a meeting that needs to be had. This world is already taking a beating. It doesn't hurt to be a little nice when on the frontline of customer service.

  If I could give it a 0 I would. I normally don’t like to leave negative reviews but the customer service was terrible. And the drinks needed to be changed out. I got all the way back to work and my drink tasted like it was out. This location needs a management swap.

  The staff, specifically management is VERY RUDE!! They were out of brown and white rice, black beans, and regular steak when we arrived to order. So we waited on the new batches. There were dishes strewn about in the kitchen/prep area. We wanted regular steak on two of three of our orders but it wasn’t available. The guy fixing our food offered my son carne asada due to the wait of the regular steak being cooked. I explained to the manager that we shouldn’t be charged more due to the unavailability of what we wanted. She was very rude about that and we were still charged. The guy preparing our food was not wearing gloves. The manager asked him to put gloves on, he did, but took them right back off when she turned away and finished fixing our order. Then when we returned to housing my son was eating and found a piece of plastic in his food (pictured below). I’ve read through the comments and it’s evident that there is a consistent problem at this location. We are here for a short time receiving treatment at St. Jude and this is our second time visiting this location. There was an issue with a rude manager that time too but I was willing to try it again. After this visit we will not be back! The owners must not care much about the consumers who spend their money here. The lack of customer service at this location is astonishing! Consider this a fair warning if you plan to visit this location. Better yet, Don’t do it! Save yourself the headache.

  Most inconsistent chipotle I’ve ever been to, which at best gives you the barest of minimum while acting like you’re a jerk for bothering them. At worst, they lie and say items are unavailable. You’re better off hungry.
