Food look fully stocked and it was not close to closing time so pretty disappointed with this experience as I eat here often and have never had this before. Maybe I’ll try other chipotle locations for the time being or choose somewhere else to eat since this one close to home for me seems like it needs to get it together….

The entire operation felt slow and disorganized, and the staff member working the line had a noticeably negative attitude throughout. After waiting over 30 minutes for a simple order, the employee stated she was the only one there, which didn't feel like an appropriate response to a customer who'd already been waiting a long time. The employee shifted the line, and the wait would have been even longer if dissatisfaction had not been voiced. She also mentioned offering a free drink because of the delay, then changed her mind once frustration was voiced, which came off as petty and unprofessional. In the past, Chipotle has been a delightful and delicious experience, but today this location completely missed the mark.

The food at this location was a little lower quality than others I had but maybe it was just a one time thing. Definitely reccomend ordering online/ahead when super busy because they can get backed up. But when not busy I was in and out super quick.
