I didn't even get to eat my lunch (burrito bowl) because both the bag and the bowl it came in were completely soaked through to the bottom. I took maybe one step and all my food fell through the bag and onto the ground. and the bowl was not sealed properly either because more than half of my burrito bowl spilled out onto the ground. so the burrito bowl is completely inedible. I reported this issue as well and was told my feedback would be delivered to the estate to help improve future service. Like, really?! I at least thought I’d be refunded or even just credited for the bowl! But again, I was informed that this wasn't possible. Needless to say, I am very upset and disappointed with the outcome after I took the time to report what happened. Needless to say, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this location to anyone — not even my worst enemy.

I ask for a remake after it was clearly to hot for me to eat , and they said they would have to charge me again which I think is bs, because why not just follow instructions?
