As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.
Numerous customers reported rude staff, long wait times, and poor management, particularly during late-night shifts.

I went to this checkers on EH crump , nov 2 @ 1:49 am right before the time changed , My receipt says kierra was my server at the time .. BUT THE MANAGER ON DUTY ATTITUDE WAS WAY WORSE !!!she made me pay for ranch when I had a 10 piece & a 5 pc wing .. I asked for fresh fries she said take some fries out another box I had to make it even .. argued me her worker didn’t give them to me as such & when I asked Kierra ( I’m assuming that was my server ) what was her manager name she said she did not know they call her by her nickname name … this is the most worse experience I’ve ever experienced here but I don’t usually come late night either

At night they serve old food don’t serve people stuff u wouldn’t eat and they attitudes nasty when u tll dem u want ur food fresh

I pulled up to the drive thru and all 3 workers were sitting outside, smoking. one of the workers yelled " we closed, our system down"
I told her that I did an online order. she again yelled " our system is down". I asked "well how do I get my money refunded" I guess this is when she realized that someone would be held accountable. she told me to "wait a minute, our system might be back up". while I was sitting at the window another car pulled up. one of the remaining two smoking workers yelled to the car "we closed, our system down". the owners should really consider who they let manage their restaurant at night time. the employees serve who they want, when they want. imagine how much money the owners are losing by the workers turning away customers.
