  This use to be some good food but today was not that day. Food was bad and customer service was awful. Never again.

  The food here was great the first time I went. I love Charley’s cheesesteaks but I will not be eating at this location again. I went back the a second time and saw a roach crawling by the counter. But me and my fiancée was like ok maybe it’s just this one coincidence that we see a roach crawling but no I went back a third time to this place and saw another roach crawling on the counter and I informed the employee working at the register that it was a roach crawling in the counter and he went and inform the manager and he sprayed the counter. Now that is not good that I have seen a roach crawling on the counter not once but two times was enough for me. And they need to get the place inspected because I will not be back to that location anymore due to that reason. Me and my fiancé just stop at the Nashville location when we are going in and out of town now.

  This was my 2nd favorite sandwich place however after working in Memphis Tennessee region it has been a difficult. The meat over cooked or over cooked and a pound of salt added. The last 3 trips food below expectations . Be sure to call goggle says they close at 8 pm however they close when they want. Call 1st don't dare order on line they are closed and you have already paid for your order.

  The worst service ever and such an impolite person working there. They served me something different than what I’ve ordered and when I complained about it, the guy working there looked me it the eyes laughing at me so rude telling me if I want a refund!!!!
