  I had a very disappointing experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings location. I would honestly rate it 0/10. First, I never even received my food. I waited while staff handled other things, and my order was never properly put in. There was no communication, no sense of urgency, and no accountability for the mistake. What made the experience worse was the way I was treated by one of the employees. She was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, speaking to me in a rude tone and calling me out of my name. As a paying customer, I expect at minimum basic respect and courtesy. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but there is no excuse for poor customer service and disrespectful behavior. This experience was unacceptable, and I hope management addresses both the service issues and the conduct of their staff.

  My wife’s boneless wings were good. I got the bone in wings and they were overcooked. It like they cooked them the night before, and today they cooked them again before serving them to me. Will not be going back to this location.

  I could not believe how terrible our service was, and it wasn’t even close to busy. I went here today at about a quarter to 4PM and my server, Jayla, gave some of the worst service I’ve ever received in all my days. She did not speak to us when she walked up to take our orders, and it quickly became apparent to us that our mere attendance was a huge inconvenience for her. She ignored us the entire time we were there, she’d walk right by us and wouldn’t even acknowledge us. Never once came to check on us. We had to be quick to catch her walking by in order to call her over to get some things we needed. She honestly barely spoke two words to our entire table, and instead opted for an “mm-hm” anytime she was asked anything. Overall, Jayla’s entire demeanor and attitude was nothing short of extreme impertinence and unprofessionalism, and is truly not deserving of the 1 star rating in which I gave.
