So I'm saying excuse me, I would like to order and the manager says, "we have to get the drive thru line down first". That's a first for me. I've never known a restaurant toto not service the person standing at front the counter. I left. I've never had an issue at this location going through the drive thru and I guess I know why. The customer service is poor at this location usually but this was an all time low.
