- CGC G1 day ago2.0I placed an order through the app around 4:00 p.m. and scheduled my pickup for 4:25 p.m. When I arrived, my order wasn't ready. I was told five more minutes, they had to cook more tenders. I ended up getting my order close to 5:00 p.m. It didn't have the seasoned fries I ordered, and it was missing the dipping sauce. Having to wait an additional 25 minutes defeats the purpose of ordering online. The young lady at the front counter was very polite and apologetic. That's the only reason I'm leaving two stars.

I'm not even a Popeyes chicken person, but they got BOJANGLES beat by a long shot. The dirty rice just salt, no flavor. The 3 tiny strips just a little flavor, I'm not going back. I could've got Churchs with that jalapeno, Popeyes spicy chicken, KFC original recipe, Jack Pirtles with the brown gravy....see what I mean. Never again!
