She gave him 5 cents back...so he was like she short me 3 cents, I know the cash register tells her how much to give back but it's okay. My husband got home ready to eat and he's given just a plain steak biscuit. How disturbing is this, that a simple order and return of change can be so complicated for people at Bojangles on Austein Peay. Lesson learned always check your food and make sure you get the correct change and your order is right before driving off!!! My husband didn't bother about calling because all they were going to say is, "We are sorry bring your receipt and we will fix your order, who wants to go back when you live far from Austein Peay". Horrible fast food spot. Don't stop at Bojangles if you can help it these employees just want a check, but I bet their lunch be top tier because they are fixing it the way they want it.

However, I'd paid for extra sauces, asked for lemon for my tea, and called the location to ask that they please include ketchup. They lady I spoke with ensured me that she would make sure there was ketchup in there. When I got my order, there was no ketchup, the house made ranch was missing, and there also was no lemon.
