They said their scanner didn’t work and they couldn’t scan the barcode. Then they stared at me. I clearly had the reward on my app. I asked them if they could just honor it? It’s not my fault the scanner didn’t work. They said no. No apology. No acknowledgment of anything being wrong. They just went to the next customer. So, I will not be returning. Actually had the same issue at the Bartlett location and the young lady there honored it no problem. The app isn’t intuitive. Bartlett and Highland Road locations are so much better, save yourself the trouble and skip this one.

I tried to place a cake order online today and it would not go through. I called this location and offered to pay over the phone up front if they could just place the order for me. They refused so I placed my order elsewhere. Stella's and Sugar Ghost are much better options in midtown with friendly employees.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
