They have no hospitality for their customers. This is not how you treat your paying customers there are restrooms there for the paying customers this is a franchise. I have a policy; if ALL MONEY is green and SPENDS THE SAME I should be given the same respect as ANYONE ELSE and be greeted at the door. Anywho I wanted to try some new flavors and the lazy worker gets the spoon and BARELY even scoops a minuscule amount onto the spoon! I mean REALLY!!!!! I UNDERSTAND portion control but if that's how you do business I WILL NOT PATRONIZE and continue to spend money with y'all. Secondly they ALWAYS UNDERFILL my shake cups!!!!! They will blend shake and leave 1/3 of the shake in the blender and pour it out. This is making me want to save my money and make my own shakes and icecream and NEVER come back here again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
