This is the spot. 12min from the airport and just a +4min detour (and less than 10min for the food to get ready), this place will make you reconsider leaving Memphis. I had the shoulder plate, it was chopped but still got texture, and so smokey and tender it made me realize I had never had good bbq before. Want extra smoke? Get the beans.
