The drinks are consistently great, and they come out fast even when it’s busy. I also want to give a special shout-out to one of the employees I believe her name is Emma. She is seriously the kindest person ever. She’s always so helpful, patient, and friendly every single time I stop by. People like her make the experience even better.

When they brought the drink out the first time it lacked whipped cream and it wasn’t double blended which is on the order as well. There was an extreme disconnect with preparing the drink the way the customer ordered it vs the way the employee wanted to make it. Not a pleasant experience.

On my way home, I noticed that the cup of ice had dirty particles and other debris inside — it was really gross. I ended up throwing the drink away because if the ice looked that unclean, I can only imagine what might have been in the drink itself. It’s concerning to think that other customers may be consuming their drinks with debris unknowingly
