Maddy is always so nice and helpful—she greets me with a smile every time and truly takes care of me. I’ve seen some reviews saying the Bartlett location is better, but that hasn’t been my experience at all. I’ve been there before and actually had to dump my drink, and I won’t be returning there. I’ll happily stick with the Whitten location, where the quality and service are always on point.

Ground EXPRESSO is sitting at the bottom of the cup and I can’t drink this because of this I can taste the grit in every sip. Tried to call to report this, but the phone does not route to the local store. Definitely disappointed! Update: I reached out to customer support via email and they were apologetic and provided me with a replacement drink via my rewards account.
