- KFKen FreemanFeb 27, 20262.0I work nearby, so I've stopped at this location numerous times and I always order the same thing. Today, I was very disappointed. My breakfast sandwich was made incorrectly. I did not have time to address the issue once at work, so I did so on my lunch break by revisiting and asking for a remake. Once the sandwich was remade, I asked for a cup of water (not a bottle) and was told there would be a charge. Mind you, I just spent $19 this morning and had to bring a sandwich back. Charging me for water is insane. Can I afford it? Of course. But good, or at least bare minimum customer service, should have gladly offered the water for the inconvenience. No worries though. I can just as easily spend my money where it's appreciated.
