  I called the store to place a order for the $6.99 special carry out. No one answered the phone. I had to drive to the location. When I got there the young lady said that she could not help me with ordering the special in store due to her manager telling her not to use the special in store. I asked to speak with the manager and she told me that he doesn't speak English, only Spanish. I said that I could use the Google translation application to help him understand that I attempted to call the store and place an carry out special $6.99 pizza, but no one answered so I drove to the store. He said he couldn't help me in store even though I had drove to the location. I told him that I would report him and he told me to call corporate. Very disappointed in the service.

  I ordered my pizza at 6:30 on the tracker kept saying there was one minute away. It is now 835 when they delivered it. I called the store several time. The young lady Alisa hung up the phone in my face. I asked speak to a manager, she said a manager was not there . I said could I speak to a supervisor she said he couldn’t speaks English.I told her that was fine. She said I have to translate it for him and then she hung up in my face.

  I rarely order from here and I see why. My pizza though cooked timely and quicker than the time given to be picked up, always looks as if it was thrown together. It is always warm and not hot when picked up because it's prepared quicker than time given.

  DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!!!! Absolutely unacceptable service. I placed an order that was never delivered, yet my card was fully charged. When I tried to resolve the issue, the store hung up on me and then stopped answering the phone entirely. There was zero effort to fix the problem, no callback, no explanation, and no refund. Being ignored after taking a customer’s money is not a mistake, it’s negligence at best and dishonest behavior at worst. I had to escalate outside the store just to get basic accountability. This location clearly does not care about customers once they’ve taken your money. Avoid this store unless you’re willing to risk paying for food that never arrives.
