  Waitress did NOT serve our table well. No refills on drinks and we asked after 20 minutes she said she would have to brew more ice tea. We were disappointed with the lack of attention to our table

  The young lady at the front was amazing, but once we got to the dining area, the service was very mediocre. Cici was our server. She only came and checked on us once and once we got our food, it was lukewarm, and it had been sitting for some time it also took 20 minutes for me to receive a drink from the bar when I saw all the other servers working hard, taking care of their customers Very displeased with the service that I got this young lady.

  We were out for birthday girls day. We decided we were hungry and wanted to try a new place and play some pool. Go to Dave and Busters they said. We walked into the establishment we had to wait in an extremely long line at the front door because there were not enough customer service people in the front. Then we finally got our pool balls and walked up to the hostess to inquire about getting some food. We were told someone would be right over we waited 10 min and went back to the hostess to again be told someone would be right over. We waited another 10 minutes and I walked over to a manager looking over a large area that had been blocked off due to water coming thru the lights in the ceiling that were on. I have puctures of the waterfall pouring out of the ceiling lights. I asked if he could please get someone to our table as we were hungry and had already been waiting half an hour. He said he would call someone. He walked off and never came back. A party of approximately 20 people came in and were waited on within 5 minutes. By that time we had decided we would go somewhere else and eat. We were finishing up the pool game and another manager that was walking around with a broom spot cleaning the floor walked over and said have y'all been waited on. I said no and at this point we aren't interested in eating here. He asked why and I explained the above and he sarcastically said oh.... just because y'all were skipped over. I said no. Were you even listening to me? I explained the situation again. He shrugged and said well I can get y'all something to eat if ya'll would like. I said are you going to comp the pool game or something. He said nah I can't do that. I said we'll no we aren't interested in eating then. He shrugged his shoulders and walked off over to the original manager manager I had spoken to. They exchanged a few words and started laughing. Eat there IF you can get some service or food. My recommendation..... Go somewhere that values you as a customer and is willing to correct an obvious error. Rant over!!

  EAT BEFORE YOU COME!!!! It took an hour to receive our appetizer. They brought one persons food with the appetizer so that person was completely finished eating before the other people were served. The second persons food came to the table long before a salad . Food was terrible!! Steak over cooked and so hard you couldn’t cut through it. Chicken on Caesar salad was still pink. The two stars are for the arcade only. Dave and Busters needs to do better for what you pay ! Disappointed!

  Dave & Buster's Memphis This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time. We waited almost two hours just to get our food, which is completely unacceptable. There was absolutely no sense of urgency from the staff or management. Our waiter clearly had no knowledge of the menu and couldn’t answer basic questions about the food. It felt like we knew more about what was being served than the person taking our order. What made the situation even worse was the manager’s lack of concern. When we brought up how long we had been waiting, there was no apology, no effort to fix the situation, and no real acknowledgment of the problem. The place was obviously severely understaffed, and it showed in every part of the experience—from slow service to poor communication and terrible food wait times. If you plan on eating here, be prepared to wait forever and receive poor service. There are plenty of other places that value customers and their time. Unfortunately, this location clearly does not. Definitely won’t be returning.
