- MGMad GamerMar 23, 20261.0If you're not going to use the Order Ahead shelves, at least move them out of the way so the customers (that you're making sit there and wait for their already completed order to be handed to them from the table you just keep them on behind the counter after they're bagged up and ready to go) have more room to wait. Maybe get a dedicated person to hand out the food, too.
- JJJamesMar 20, 20261.0Went in this evening for dinner after the gym. Guy in front of me had his phone out and a worker whispered “I think he’s recording” so they gave him a pretty hefty portion. I ordered my food and asked for a double, my portion was about half his single portion. When I confronted the employee and asked why my portion was much smaller she said “oh I know”. Suffice to say, if you come here go ahead and record them so they don’t skimp out. I for one won’t be coming back to this location.
