  This my seventh time coming up there and they out of dang near my whole bowl. Customer service is horrible; worrying about other customers behind instead of what I want to get while ordering. Very unprofessional.

  First thing I’d like to point out is that the girl employee on the line is rude. Secondly, HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF PEPPERS at 6:pm with no line and 7 employees LITERALLY just STANDING around. The girl gave me an attitude because I asked for them...chipotle, please fix your management at this location. I don’t care about a response from you guys. Just do better, for the love of God!

  Ordered my food an hour out and even showed up late in hopes they wouldn’t be behind. The manager said 15 minutes out on online pickup orders. This is a regular occurrence here, they need someone from corporate to teach them. They were fully staffed. 7 people working behind the counter. It’s a Friday night, everyone knows it’s going to be busy. The first time I ordered pickup here I waited 45 minutes after my pickup time and then they lost my order sheet. So someone just asked me what I had and made it off the regular bar. People come in and look at the bags being made and get yelled at. And when they don’t have walk ins everyone scatters instead of making online orders of the regular line instead of just the to go area. They need actual management help.

  I'm not going to lie, fire everyone in this store, the worst (customer service???) I ever experienced. They ran out of steak and told us to wait, didn't let us know it was ready, by that time it was cold. They were scraping the containers because they didn't feel like restocking, so everything is cold old and not great looking. The guy on the line didn't wanna talk to us or anybody. Said zero words, so he didn't communicate that they were out of a LOT of stuff This dude legit gave us 4 pieces of steak per bowl, fire everyone and start fresh

  Food don't never be right .I don't care what time of day/night it is. Workers have the nasties attitude. I order online..so when I went to pick up my order they start telling me what they didn't have🙄 remind you that I already paid and ordered .So the worker who was fixing my food says we don't have this ,but we can give you a free queso.No, I reply I've already paid for a small queso and chips with my burrito bowl. She wanna go back and forth with me stating I didn't. So when I pulled up my email with my order and was trying to show the older lady in there. I don't know if she was the store manager,lead or what.She states you don't have to show me ma'am what do you want a free drink ..🙄😠. So I'm like just give me my order,I'm already on my lunch break. Get back to work and my food looked like slop.Oh and the time was 7:45 pm. Service sucks, customer service sucks. It was nasty as hell in the inside. Everyone mad ..No chips, old meat, old salsa,everything was a hot mess ..Never again ..my second time a disappointment ...
