I attempted to contact the store and was prompted to leave a voice message, which I did, but I have yet to receive a response. This is not the level of quality or service I’ve come to expect. Chick-fil-A has always been known for fresh, hot food and consistency, but tonight’s experience was far below standard. I would appreciate a prompt response and a resolution to this matter.
