  I don’t like to assume but i guess my kids nuggets were from breakfast because they were dried out and burnt! Young folks working drive through all looked overworked sad and frustrated like being there was getting on their nerves! Time restraints would not permit me to return! I’ll just go to Danny Thomas next time!

  Pésimo servicio! De verdad es el peor Chick Fil A en el que he estado. Tardamos aprox 5 min en que nos atendieran, aunque éramos 2 personas en la línea para ordenar. Al ordenar pedimos un sandwich sin pepinillos y otros con todo incluido. Pues nos dieron todos con pepinillos, y al comentar en mostrador el error se molestaron y tomaron aprox 10 minutos en preparar uno nuevo. Ya que solo me preocupaban por echarse la culpa entre personal de mostrador y cocina. La comida estaba fría, el pan sin mantequilla y sin tostar, la lechuga era gigante y se salía por todo lados. El queso estaba muy frío y duro. Las papás también se sentían frías y un poco crudas. Y para rematar el pollo era muy pequeño aunque este era el único caliente. Llegamos a eso de las 8:20 pm no sabíamos que el comedor lo cerraban a las 9pm. Pues también nos comentaron que teníamos que salir del restaurante a las 8:50. En resumen mal servicio, comida fría y mal preparada, lo peor es que esta no es la primera vez que me pasa al consumir en este restaurante. Eso sí, definitivamente será la última vez que visito esta locación.

  I strongly dislike this locations staffing service and overall performance. Have eaten here twice in one month and honestly should have went to the Southaven location but this one is the closest location. Both times I literally feel like I wasted money. Today ordered a 30 count nugget meal came with four fries and four cookies sauces no drink cool pay the lot attendant left a tip waited bout a reasonable time for the order get the food fries looked like leftovers cookies hard as rock nuggets where warm now I could’ve stoped pulled over and had them redo the entire meal order but why make the next persons day harder. My thing is if your job calls you to serve do that to the best of your ability at all times even if you don’t want to I work in the service industry I am a cashier at Lowe’s I get it but when it comes to food I feel like it should not be half ssad. Thank you for your services chick fil a but the union location has seen the last dollar from me.

  I came around a little after 4. The cashier guy with the long hair was super nice. I work in hvac and needed something to clean my hands with. And he was super polite and found exactly what I need. I feel that was awesome customer service I wish ik his name.

  Impeccable Service! Had delivery ordered for early morning. I place order for 15 minutes before I really needed it so that I could ensure it was on time. Well the order was waiting on me when I got there 7 minutes before the time! They had beat me by 15 minutes! Not only that, but want to shout out Qwan - he went above and beyond to setup the trays and show what each container held ---- THEN --- he proceeded to take out an overflowing trash can to the dumpster that needed to go. NOT HIS JOB - did it anyway. Wanted to let him do it so I could brag on his initiative. High praise for Qwan from Union Ave Chick-Fil-A.
