  The whole point of purchasing food from chick fil a is the customer service, and the freshness of the food. Well Tuesday 4/7 was different. I arrived at chick fil a Winchester at 8:36pm the line was extremely long (about 26 cars literally in-front of me no exaggeration) and I decided to wait because I knew my food would be fresh! I ordered my food the young lady repeated my order correctly I paid and proceeded in line. Once l made it to the window I was greeted and received my bag. I opened my bag to grab a napkin and noticed my fries was cold so I nicely approached the lady at the window she came got my Fries and brought back another bag of fries. The bag was warmer than before so I assumed it was fresh. Well I get home and realized my sandwich is missing lettuce and fries still cold. I turned around and went back. I approached the lady as the window “hey I just ordered and my food is cold, also my drink is incorrect” if my order cannot be remade I’ll take a refund or gift card because I know you all close in about 45min. I was very pleasant when I approached her because l realize that they are making my food I don’t want to be rude and how you speak to some one will result in how they respond back to you….she took the bag and brought it back less than 6 minutes I drove off. Food still cold it was the same order I brought back because I mistakenly ripped the sandwich bag checking my food. My drink leaking on the top near the rim, lettuce still missing off my sandwich and I spent $29. I went home so upset because it I wanted jacked up food I would’ve went to McDonald’s or Taco Bell. I am not happy with my order…. money just wasted! I spend so much money with chick fil a I literally have over 6000 in rewards points all within 2 months which shows I spend money there!

  The staff was very unorganized. I always place my order through the app to save time, but I spent about 15 minutes waiting in the mobile pickup line while drive-thru orders were being served. By the time I received my order, the milkshakes were almost melted. That tells me my order was ready, but the staff just kept skipping me

  It's literally only 8:30 pm and says the inside closes at 9pm and the doors were unlocked and yet I was turned around and told the inside closes and 9. The drive thru was wrapped around the building and the woman that turned me around was just walking around on her phone. There is NO REASON that someone couldn't have just took my order real fast. That is NOT good customer service and makes me never want to return.

  If you are going during peak hours, don't bother using the mobile app because there isn't a separate lane for using it. You have to get in the regular drive through lane & only after you get to the drive thru window is there a place to pull over for mobile orders.

  Whoever owns this franchise seriously needs to reevaluate their management and leadership skills. It’s disturbing that hair was found in items like ice cream, mac and cheese, and other "sealed" containers—something that should never happen. I even tried contacting the franchise owner and received no response. Just look at all the reviews left for the location that does not have a response either. Which says a lot about their lack of accountability and responsibility.
