  They are very unprofessional, please save yourself the time and headache and just go to the one on union because you will get your money worth and your gonna have good customer service and fast service.

  First time at this location and I will not be going back. Waited in line for 15 minutes. The fries were WAY over salted and couldn't be eaten. I got a medium frosted coffee and they only filled it a 3rd of the way full. Also did not receive my avocado lime ranch with my wrap. Staff had a real passive aggressive attitude when I asked about the coffee.

  It takes well over thirty minutes to get an order no matter how you place it. Curbside said I’d have it in 1-3 minutes it was an empty drive through line and parking lot and it took 30 minutes for one frosted coffee. This is only one visit. It’s also my last visit as I’ve had it I’m sick of wasting so much time it is much quicker to drive to the Union location or even the west Memphis location and back instead of waiting here.

  I had an amazing experience at Chick-fil-A! The food was absolutely delicious everything was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. You can really tell they take pride in quality and consistency. The service was outstanding. The staff was incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive, making sure everything was just right. They worked quickly while still being welcoming, which made the whole visit even better. The atmosphere was clean, comfortable, and inviting. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy your meal, whether you're dining in or just stopping by. Overall, a perfect experience—I’ll definitely be coming back!

  This is by the most inefficient Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. Actually the most inefficient fast food restaurant I have ever been to. They do not understand how a Mobile App works nor how to get the lines moving so no one is stuck. If you see the line is backed up maybe go talk to the car and ask what their order is…don’t just ignore the situation and make people wait 30+ minutes. Only reason they finally get through is because they would have to literally try HARD to get the workers attention. And not one apology from them. They have been open for long enough, they should know better by now on how to operate. Very disappointing and sad. Hoping they can find a way to turn it around but this is a mess. I have yet to meet one person who has had a good experience at this location/ who want to return to such horrible service.
