I'm being generous with a three. My first time ever at a Bo's, and I'm significantly less than impressed. There's nothing extraordinary about the food, and the staff was polite. However, the first drive thru window was not in operation, and the second window asked me to pull up after I paid to wait on my food. I'm a firm believer that a drive thru should NEVER ask a customer to leave the window without their food in this was. It's not why the customer is in the drive thru, and it's not safe for the customer or the employee. This is ESPECIALLY more true when your restaurant is designed with two windows (payment and delivery) with multiple car lengths between them but you're NOT using them for the intended purpose. Pulling every single car around the building is asinine and defeats the purpose of a drive thru. I don't care about your window KPI; and it doesn't look good when I say I'm not pulling forward, so please refund my money - and you hand me my food (not a refund) in less time than it took me to order it. Clearly you didn't need to me pull forward; you are trying to game some KPI system rather than just serve the customer. I'm not particularly blaming the people on the ground, but the fact that there is any policy that forces employees to put KPI over customers is a poor company. I can't say I'll ever visit another Bo's.

The drive through employee tried to hand me my bag while holding the bottom of the plastic bag with a paper bag on top. The paper bag was not secure, so when he tried to hand it to me, the paper bag fell over and dropped biscuits on the ground, the guy humped his shoulders and walked away. I had a large order for coworkers. Like, really!? I yelled through the window for him to fix my order, he did eventually. but i should not have had to tell him to replace what fell, let alone humping your shoulders and walking off is bad customer service. I will not be going back to this location.

My food was cold. my order was wrong and the chicken was hard.. It was around 1245 which should be rush hour with fresh food.Very disappointed I will not return

Do better! They will pull you to the sides of the building without that much space as soon as you pay for your order. Don’t know if the workers are inexperienced or irritated but I hope it wasn’t an attitude!

The drive thru crew had the best service last week on tender tuesday, i look forward to seeing them every tuesday!! Also love Tanya inside on Thursdays!
