The employee named Jakiarya had a very rude and unprofessional attitude on the drive through headset. Customer service goes a long way, especially that early in the morning when people are just trying to grab breakfast and start their day. If you don’t like your job, take it up with management or find another one—but don’t take it out on customers. Very disappointing experience and definitely not welcoming.
