- LHLucy HeatonMar 21, 20261.0This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at Baskin-Robbins. My friends and I walked in around 9:43, well before closing, and were immediately met with loud groaning and obvious annoyance from the employees—like we were inconveniencing them just by being there. Completely unprofessional and uncomfortable from the start. We waited in line, and then at 9:52—while we were STILL inside and being served—they turned off the “open” sign. No explanation, no communication, just passive-aggressive behavior that made us feel rushed and unwelcome. It didn’t get better. I asked for a regular small and was given a kids-size cup instead. When I politely asked what time they closed (since the sign situation was confusing), I was met with an irritated “in 5 minutes,” and the employee just walked off. When I tried to clarify, she rolled her eyes and dismissed me. I get that working late isn’t fun, but if you’re open until 10, act like it. Customers shouldn’t feel like a burden for showing up during business hours. Between the attitude, poor service, and lack of basic professionalism, I would not recommend coming to this location at all.

The service is poor, and the staff clearly do not want to be there, but the real issue is the total disregard for health and safety standards. My wife had a bizarre and highly inappropriate encounter where an employee actually asked her for medical advice regarding STD symptoms. It was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and frankly alarming. Between the safety concerns and the lack of boundaries, we will not be back. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

How will I get my birthday rewards?

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
