  Purchased a pork shoulder plate. The pork shoulder meat was tough, couldn’t eat it. Onion rings and slaw good.

  I’ve been going to A&R since I was a kid with my grandparents. Best rib tips I’ve ever had. Im not on this side of town that often but I’ll make the trip for the BBQ. Im never disappointed with the food or service. Just wish I could relive every bite after it’s gone.

  I DEVOURED my meal! I ordered the rib tips with fries. Absolutely delicious! Meaty and juicy. The fries were soaked with sauce (I ordered extra). I ordered a turkey leg plate to split with my daughter. The turkey leg was a nice size and juicy to the bone!! I don't live as close to this location, but it's worth the longer drive. My order was an online pickup order, so I can't attest to the atmosphere.

  Absolutely disgusted with this bologna sandwich with extra slaw. I asked for extra slaw and paid for it Not extra juice and soggy bread never will I darken the doorsteps of that establishment. Again. You try to support black businesses and this is one of the main reasons why you stop

  I'm not sure why this location has a 3.8 rating but I ended up here because the other location closed at 6 and I'm glad I did. The food was amazing just like the other location and I tried their BBQ spaghetti and their green beans for the first time because I always get double potato salad(because its the bomb) and they were both extremely delicious. I will say this location is a lot more generous with the sauce which is a plus.
