- CACrystalla AlterJan 29, 20265.0A very clean store. A close subway to home that is clean! I would recommend this subway in Medina. Im so excited to have a clean sandwich shop nearby. The food was fresh and kept in clean containers that were prowr temperature. The staff made recommendations on food preferences. We were checked on by staff as we dined in. We loved it. ❤️✌️

None of the sandwiches were toasted. 2 sandwiches had the wrong sauces and the portion of meat on all 3 foot longs had barely any meat on them. Called up there to see if something could be done about the issues and got hung up on. Terrible place to order from and management doesn't seem to care for customer service.
