  If I could give a zero I would. Your app was not allowing orders to go through. We had rewards for a buy one get one entree. They chose to not honor their own app. Could have showed them the screen where it kept saying technical difficulties. But they didn’t want to take care of a loyal customer instead they chose to be cheap and not honor a deal the app was showing but not allowing. We did try to order on two different phones before we hit intercom. Very disappointing sonic very disappointing indeed.

  I generally get their burgers, drinks, and sides and I have mever had a complaint. Absolutely check out their mobile app because you can get some good deals and they're worth the trip! Parking can some times be a struggle but that's expected of a drive in

  ⭐ ⭐ Stopped here during a lunch break while working nearby. I told the staff I was parked in the back area, but after waiting about 15 minutes past the pickup time I had to walk to the employee entrance to check. My order had been sitting there the whole time because the employee said she “couldn’t find me,” and it apparently was never communicated to anyone else. By the time I got the food it was already getting cold. The chicken Caesar salad was disappointing. The lettuce was watery and bland, and the chicken had a strange fishy aftertaste. Overall it turned what should have been a quick lunch stop into a frustrating experience. If customers are parked outside the normal stalls, there needs to be a clearer system for delivering orders. I usually like Sonic, but this visit missed the mark.
