  I sent my husband to order a drink. He arrived at 9:50pm. He pressed the button and nobody came on the intercom finally after sitting there for over five minutes with no response he left. I called the store to see if they closed any earlier than 10pm. The manager on duty stated they did not. I asked him when the next time the General Manager would be in and he informed me it would be tomorrow morning. I stated to him that I just did not understand why my husband was ignored. He had nothing to say did not even apologize or nothing. This is my go to place.. I will not be back as it is very clear that my money was not good enough to answer the intercom

  They have great food and the fry's and onions rings are top notch. Service is usually very quick and the servers are always very nice.

  Today they didn't put my sauce in the bag and when I called up there when I got home they argued with me and told me my sauce was in the bag. I wasn't nice to them about it either because it's happened so many times, I'm not even going to lie. But after today, I'll just go eat breakfast elsewhere where they can actually get the order right.
