  I bought a Cantina bowl and a burrito. All of the ingredients were extremely dry for both items. Crunchy, seemingly left over day old ingredients. Chicken was jerky, and the presentation of the bowl looked like slop... Whatever this jelly patty is that was lying by itself in the bowl away from the other ingredients!. It's sad when a person can't even do a fast food job right. $11 wasted. Do not go here!!!!

  The place was clean, good customer service and they have plenty of dine in tables. I ordered loaded beef nachos with mild sauce. My order was basically all chips, maybe a spoon and a half of meat, not even a tablespoon spoon full of cheese, no mild sauce and cold.

  i went yesterday, (12/29/2025)and the food was great. however, the customer service was terrible. we repeated over the speaker three times that we wanted a vanilla creme freeze and when we got up there the woman working the window handed us a cookie freeze. we apologized, even though on our receipt it said vanilla freeze. the woman working then proceeded to catch an attitude and slam the window everytime she handed us something. we were apologizing and saying thank you everytime and she not once said a word to us and it’s enough to make someone not want to come back. ive worked in the food industry for 3 years and honestly, the way she was treating us when we did nothing wrong, was disgusting.

  It's crazy how fast this taco bell went from new to mediocre. They were able to serve customers super fast at the soft opening with lines wrapped around the building. Now your guaranteed to wait at least 10 minutes even if there are only 2 cars in line. It's supposed to be fast food.

  Our order was #911987. We ordered through DoorDash. DoorDash was great. Our order however.... absolutely terrible. The Nacho Bell Grande chips were old and stale. Not even a tablespoon worth of meat on the nachos. I had requested nacho fries on it. There were 4 on it. The extras ordered for it was not on it. We did not receive our mild sauces. No fork. Definitely not worth the money we paid. Thought this TacoBell would be a good addition to this town. The building is nice....But so far the food has been a let down. Do better. Hire people who actually care to read orders correct and do right by customers.
