So me and my friend waited for a bit we saw in the kitchen and an employee looked us both dead in the eye continued to do nothing about it there was another employee in front of him playing a game on his phone. It took my friend looking over the counter and saying “hey!” Before one of those employees asked another guy to come and take the order.

We were there for an hour with a business associate drinking cappuccinos & then ordered food on the app to bring home. The fish sandwich was not only assembled askew, it had obviously been sitting under the warmer since lunch. It was 4:30. The fish was dry & rubbery & hard to eat but since I had nothing else I choked it down. The fries were all cold, upside down & in the bottom of the bag. The cheeseburgers were dried out & falling apart. Nobody was in the front of the store the entire time we were there yet I could see a group standing in the kitchen seemingly scrolling on their phones & talking. I don't expect to spend any more money at this store. We'll drive to Dresden where they have their act together. Very disappointed.
