  Me and 2 friends got food here. 2 out of 3 of us got food poisoning, I wanna say it was because of undone chicken. We both ate the chicken sandwich they offer, while one ate the quarter pounder which was also still red. Looking online at other situations it seems this location is known for serving undone food.

  We saw an employee use the restroom and walk out without washing their hands. Employees were complaining about us because they just mopped the floor and it was dirty after we walked in. Cold fries, soda had carbonation issues

  I came in for an early lunch to this McDonald's in McKenzie, Tennessee. It was relatively spacious, lots of seating. The service from the cashier I dealt with was funny to listen to and was so sweet. The menu screens above the register were half broken (1/2 worked). I got some chicken nuggets and soda that tasted great and was hot (the nuggets). It needed some cleaning of tables and such but was otherwise fine. There are no drink machines or ketchup, napkin, utensile recepticles. All of this has to be done up at the front by the staff. This was a pretty good visit!

  Inconsistent cup sizing for coffees. Brought it up to the manager and they basically brushed it off when how they don’t train their employees.

  The food was good but me and my friend ordered on kiosk and wanted to pay at the counter. So me and my friend waited for a bit we saw in the kitchen and an employee looked us both dead in the eye continued to do nothing about it there was another employee in front of him playing a game on his phone. It took my friend looking over the counter and saying “hey!” Before one of those employees asked another guy to come and take the order.
