  There were two people behind the counter tonight. My order was marked complete on delivery tracker for over 10 minutes and never called me after I paid for my order 10 minutes prior. There is a long line at the drive thru window and someone else waiting, I told them., I asked first if I could come back im 15 minutes, then I said I will come back later. I will go back inside I’m 10 more minutes and if they refuse to give me my paid order on time, I want a refund and this place will never have my business again after tonight!

  Normally, I love dominos. The last several times my husband and I have ordered, our pizza hardly had ANY sauce. Prices go up, quality goes down

  Every time my husband and I think they've gotten it together and are doing better they prove us wrong. Last time! Wrong order, no apology, border line rude young man on the phone. Guess he thought we wouldn't check for a missed call.

  A complete and total catastrophic failure in the customer service drive-thru window. I honked my horn after noone seemed to be watching after it. I stayed there and honked my horn for two minutes. At one point one of the employees looked directly at me, but then continued to walk to the back of the store. Another customer and her boyfriend walked inside and let them know there is someone honking their horn at the window. I expected someone to come to the window then. Well so much for hoping, so I honked one more time. Still nothing. So I pulled up and away from the window and had to go physically inside and asked if they could they not hear anyone honking their horn at the window. An employee said that there was a doorbell somewhere on the window that the customer is supposed to find and ring.Wow really! Most Dominos have a sensor that lets them know that there's someone at the window. Anyways I said ok can I just get the food I paid for. As I'm getting ready to leave some heavyset black employee half my age came up and told me not to come into the store with an attitude. Really Dominos your going to screw up on your customer service, ignore your customers at your convenience, then have an employee tell a customer how they can talk? I think not! The kid was a smartass and had no business talking at me. I will be calling their corporate office on Monday. The whole store needs to be retrained or fired and restaffed. To close they didn't even remember the marinara sauce I ordered. Your store needs to shape up, and quick!!!
