When it got to the on the way icon, my order disappeared from the screen. After 7 minutes of being "on the way", I hit the call button to inquire about my order. The person rudely said they would get it out. Another 12 minutes elapsed before my food came out .

Well everything was right except my boyfriend’s burger. He order the double bacon cheeseburger with extra pickles. It’s suppose to come with lettuce and tomato already, but nothing was on it except the bacon and cheese…
