  The server here at subway is very rude and unprofessional had a bad attitude 2 nights in a roll today would be the 2nd it was so bad I just told her forget it I dont want you to make my food she was very unpleasant nasty she shouldn't be working in this field

  Both staff were professional, very friendly, and kind. Be nice and get treated the same! They were out of grilled chicken and the subway app was not functional yet, but the staff made the best of it by giving us free cookies! Can’t complain about that. Food was well-prepared and as ordered, and was fresh. Thank you for being so nice.

  Kita (I think that's what her badge said) has the absolute worse attitude ever. I understand your line is long but you have to listen to your customers. She was short, not attentive, and I had to constantly repeat myself and she came across as if I was getting on her nerves. Her energy and demeanor was distasteful. I asked for a bag twice for my food and she acted as if she didn't hear me. I had to ask the young lady that works at Cinnabon for a bag. The older black lady and white lady with glasses were so polite, attentive, and nice. The long line didn't stress them out or make them be short with any of us! 5 stars for them but Kita is most definitely 0 stars. December 5, 2025 at 1:30 p.m.

  Lady that made my sandwich seems like a nice person but she needs to know when it’s time to be fast and take care of the line of customers vs when it’s okay to joke around with your coworkers and be slow. I used to work at a subway for 2 years and it never once took me over a half hour to handle 5 customers getting 1 sandwich each… but that’s exactly how long I had to wait in line, because she was taking her time with everything whilst joking around with coworkers instead of focusing on taking care of customers. When she’d put a sandwich in the oven, instead of starting the next person in line she’d just walk back and forth looking around and waiting for the oven to go off. When it finally got to me, I asked for it double toasted. She let the oven beep for wayyyy too long without opening it and being a former subway worker I knew it was about to be burnt as hell, which it was… she offered to remake it but I told her I have 2 dogs in the truck and They need to be let out, I didn’t have time to wait for all that after already having waited 30 minutes… so I paid for it, left it on the counter and left. Haven’t eaten anything today either so I was really looking forward to that :/
