- KDK DDec 21, 20254.0Both staff were professional, very friendly, and kind. Be nice and get treated the same! They were out of grilled chicken and the subway app was not functional yet, but the staff made the best of it by giving us free cookies! Can’t complain about that. Food was well-prepared and as ordered, and was fresh. Thank you for being so nice.

She was short, not attentive, and I had to constantly repeat myself and she came across as if I was getting on her nerves. Her energy and demeanor was distasteful. I asked for a bag twice for my food and she acted as if she didn't hear me. I had to ask the young lady that works at Cinnabon for a bag. The older black lady and white lady with glasses were so polite, attentive, and nice. The long line didn't stress them out or make them be short with any of us! 5 stars for them but Kita is most definitely 0 stars. December 5, 2025 at 1:30 p.m.
