  This new "design" at McDonalds, leaving the register unattended and allowing the employees to hide in back and ignore customers needs to be rethought. At the very least, hire employees who have some sort of work ethic. They all stayed in back, never once checking to see if there were customers waiting to order. Ordered thru the app, and went inside to find 5 people standing, waiting. Not a single employee in sight. Another gentleman came in and asked how long we had been waiting. The guy behind me said 10 minutes. The gentleman shook his head and left. When other peoples orders finally did start coming out, people had to go stand at the counter and call an employee back for a missed item, or ask for sauces. When I got my order, I took it and left. How can anyone mess up a double cheeseburger and a nuggets Happy Meal? 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Apparently, reading comprehension is not a requirement for employment. Cheeseburger, no pickle, extra onion. What I got: A cheeseburger with a soggy bun. Like it had been sitting in water. Extra mustard, no ketchup, no extra onions. Cold. The entire thing was cold. The cheese wasnt melted, looked straight out of the fridge. Threw it away. Not edible. The Happy Meal: Requested "Honey" as a dipping sauce. Got "Honey Mustard" The Happy Meal was a 6 piece nugget. We got 5 nuggets. One of them had a "growth" on the back, so they counted it as 2. The outside of the nugget had some weird black marking on it. Peeled back the coating and found the meat inside had the same black discoloration. The other side of the "nugget" was uncooked batter. In a big, cold, not cooked blob. Y'all are gonna make people sick, selling them uncooked product. Threw the nuggets in the trash. They were all cold anyway, along with the french fries. COLD. Thankfully, Happy Meals come with 2 items NOT prepared by your staff. The Apple Slices and Milk became dinner. Wont ever stop in this McDs location again. Future customers beware! Updated to add: They sent me a message with a link to help resolve the issue, the same one I see they have sent several other people ... You aren't fooling anyone. If the issues stated REPEATEDLY all have the same response from the company, that means they really dont care to fix the problem.

  Forgot my sauce. Left the hashbrowns out of my breakfast meal. Ruined my morning. Don’t recommend you come because your morning will be ruined too. The cinnabon next door looked delicious though.

  I went to pick up my To Go Order and forgot sauce packets. I asked for some and she asked, "how many?" Not "we charge extra for that" or throwing in one packet into the bag and walking away. The little things like that make an experience at a restaurant chain on the decline.

  After reading all the bad reviews i came here without any choice, because i was so hungry! But surprise the food was so delicious and fresh, I've ordered big mac meal🍔 and that was soo good! I don't understand why all these bad reviews🤷‍♂️
