  I ordered my food from this store in doordashand I got my nuggest and burgers and frappe and I ordered apple pie 2 of them didnt get any of them and my fries and my sauces and im not only upset but I think someone messed up and I just want to let yal know and maybe yall would respond thank you have a nice day and not only taht the frappe taste weird like yall haven't cleaned yalls machine for mix them with and I ate my nuggets wothout the sauces I ordered so idk what is going on but get the order right next time and so yall know i dont do links to emails and stuff and I dont call either so next time if you see my name bette get it right or im gonna leave a complaint and ill never order from this location again.

  Took more than thirty minutes for my simple meal-deal order to be completed on 4/7/26. After I recieved my order, my drink was incorrect. Getting it fixed was also a battle. Will not ever be visiting again. 4/9/2026 Edit: Thank-you for the reply. Working with your team now.

  My food was cold. The floor by the fryer was filthy and the guy with the beard net forgot to put hair net on b4 standing over the fries. Manager and staff need to bathe and wear clean clothing. Gross to watch employees with no food safety skills touch their body areas and handle the food. Health Dept needs to visit.

  If you were starving and about to die you might as well just keel over before going here. This is the worst mcdonalds. Ive been here plenty of times and they never cease to amaze me on showing how poorly a place can operate. The owners would be ashamed if they seen how many people leave before having their order taken because they are so slow. Probably 1/3 of the people in the drivethrough just leave because they don't have all day. Expect a minimum of 10 minutes for your order to be taken with 2 cars in the drive through, 4 cars 20 minutes. More than 4 cars... Just leave its not worth it. No exaggeration. If you miraculously get your order taken, then expect another 10 minutes waiting in line just have a 90%+ chance of being told to park in a reserve spot for your order where you will sit for another 10 minutes minimum just to have to go back inside because they mess up your order atleast 50% of the time. And for what? Old rubber nuggets for the kids, cold fries, burgers that taste like they been sitting in a tray for hours. The mcchickens are diabolically old any time Ive ever ordered one. So not only are you not getting fast food. You're waiting 30-45 minutes for food that isn't cheap anymore and probably wouldn't even want to feed it to your dog. Fast food is supposed to be a convenience. Do NOT come here unless you want to inconvenience yourself. Sadly this is the closest one to me but I will 100% be driving 5 minutes down the road before I ever come back here. 100% this place would be shut down if they had a suprise health inspection because the food quality is actually abysmal.

  I went for dinner got my whole meal left out my quarter pound with cheese meal! But come back after going home had the wrong stuff in my bag go all the way back after calling and talking on the phone and wait inside after telling them I am the one who called for 15-20 minutes while my car idles wasting more of my money like I haven’t drove there two times already! But they have zero concern my meal sits on the counter in the bag cold as can be not trying to make me a new one then finally hands me my stuff like it’s new even tho I watched the bag be there the whole time I was waiting thanks so much Cochran family McDonald’s and the nice blonde guy Scott! Sarcasm ofc you guys ruined my day! I was being so nice but it seemed the staff had zero concern for my time! Next time I have a problem I promise I will cause a scene and make it one to remember!!
