    This will be the third order in the past few weeks that I AM MORE THAN DISAPPOINTED WITH!!!!! THE TOPPINGS ARE PATHETIC! I ordered extra pickle...... where are the toppings???? It is not like these combos are cheap anymore. Then when you call no one answers the phone. So should we pull over it inspect our food before we drive away?? Absolutely ridiculous!

    Today, I purchased food from broadway location. When I opened it, I found visible mold. I returned to the store, but the staff refused to refund me, saying only the GM could approve it. This is unacceptable. I expect an immediate refund and follow-up action to ensure food safety standards are being enforced at this location. I have photos and the receipt to verify the issue.

    If you walk into this store and you have cash they will not wait on you. They only want you going through the drive-thru or paying with a card at the kiosk. There were eight workers who looked at me and did not bother to come over to take my order. The manager asked me are you paying with cash and I said yes and she said well you're just going to have to wait. This is the root of store and the rudest employees I have ever seen and I'm a person who works in the food industry. I left the store not ordering the thing

    I truly would give negative stars if that were possible. My experience here was disgusting, tactless and beyond rude. I went this morning for a Honey Buddy Chicken biscuit. We got to the window and were asked to pay, we did. After paying, we were informed we would have to wait six minutes for a biscuit. Which, in theory is fine, but that should have been discussed before the payment was made. The employee was rude and they asked us to pull forward so their timer wouldn't score negatively, we refused because we had already paid and there wasn't anyone behind us. The manager then came to the window, already rude despite not speaking to us prior. The kicker? The 3rd employee slammed the food through the window, we waited 17 minutes in total, no refund but a 2.00 discount the next time we come, and THE BISCUITS WERE COLD. Awful experience, awful food quality, incredibly rude management and staff.
