I suggest you avoid this Taco Bell. Long story, short: I was waiting for and hour and 1/2 to receive a mobile order placed ahead of time. An AI is controlling the drive thru speaker only for me to pull around and park, waiting for my food for an hour. Yes, you read that right, I waited in line for the 1/2 hour to then sit in the parking lot for an hour. The employee at the window asked me to wait, and I then later see this same employee sitting on their phone after the line was dealt with for their coworkers to run around making and delivering food to those parked. The lady did apologize when bringing my food, and THANK THE LORD it was accurate, since my girlfriend is lactose intolerant. This location needs serious help. Don’t go here, and they might get a wake up call.

This is the bad Taco Bell. I live closest to this one, but routinely go to the one on Calderwood just so my order is right. I've been here maybe 10 times in the last year or two, just when I need convenience over anything, and every time I am reminded why I usually don't. I cannot stress this enough that my order has NEVER been correct except for the once I went for breakfast, which is pretty crazy. Once I ordered only 2 bean burritos, and they were both sopping wet and missing all the fillings except for liquid beef, an ingredient that is not in a bean burrito. Don't bother ordering on the app. They don't update it with items they're missing, and they cannot cancel the order. If you want anything grilled for dinner, don't bother. Every time I've placed an online order in the evening, I arrive and am told that their grill is broken. It works fine for lunch, but somehow breaks every day when evening shift comes in. Is the grill solar powered? Does the grill mechanic only work mornings? I wish he would find a way to fix it for longer than 6 hours every day. Half the time, I've been asked to leave the drive through window and park out front where they will deliver my order. That was the case tonight, when I waited over half an hour for my order, and it was wrong and missing the drink. I tried telling the person who delivered it, but they had ran back inside before I could. Maybe they couldn't hear me because of the angry customer next to me honking his horn every time he saw an employee. I couldn't go inside because the lobby had been prematurely closed before I arrived (around 7pm). I decided not to go back through the drive thru because it was already full, and so was the parking lot filled with the cars of unhappy customers. I decided to leave my spot for one of the people waiting parked on the curb. Other Taco Bells do not suffer from this affliction, and this one is less busy than the others in the area. So it is either the resteraunt management, the employees, or both that are messing it up so badly. My bet is on management. To be clear, no one has ever been rude to me here. In fact, the employees seem apologetic, if not tired from apologizing to what I assume is every customer. If you think you are going to save time going to this location, because it is the closest one to you, then learn from my mistake. You will be done quicker if you drive to the next closest Taco Bell on Calderwood, which is just a regular Taco Bell.

Today is Friday nov 15 its 7:44 pm. I just want to praise the girl who's working tonite. She is short staffed . She has the inside closed. But the window is open. She is taking orders, making food and sending them to park and bringing food to the car. She is doing a job for 3 people . And shes doing an excellent job ..She deserves recognition for the awesome work shes doing

I am severly disappointed in my experience at this taco bell. I ordered 2 meals around 5pm today (a Saturday), arrived about 10 minutes later and still haven't recieved my order at 6:16pm. One employee is taking a break in the parking lot and the two inside appear to be working as they are able. While I might have expected a slightly above average wait time for a weekend evening, this is ridiculous. This location is either severly understaffed or incompetent, or both. I do not recommend this location.
