When I expressed that the woman answering the orders in drive thru was rude as hell, the guy shut the window on me 😂 if the woman hates her job that much, get a new one. I said “I have a mobile code” and then she said “how can I help you” so I said “I have a mobile code” again, I guess that irritated her cause she barked back “yeah! Scoffed at me and then repeated “what’s the code?!”. Just give me the food and move on, you don’t have to even be friendly but don’t be a smart ass at 7am. I’ll just go to a different McDonald’s from now on.

When I pulled up, the employee started with the usual “Would you like to try our ___ or do you have a mobile code?” I said I had a mobile code — and then nothing. I waited about five minutes with no response. When I finally drove up to the window, the staff just stood there talking and completely ignored me. I ended up having to cancel my order. Terrible service and a total waste of time.

So other cars pull up in the other lane and she proceeds to help 5 cars and ignore me. This is a terrible way to treat customers who have already paid I won't go back to this mcdonalds ever. Go to the midland plaza one the food is better and they are actually friendly.
