So we sent it to my husband for him to show it to them, and it showed it was ordered at that store the whole bill that I paid and everything.And finally, the girl found it said it was under the name, jamie.And he had already told him it was under jamie boring, and he gave him the order number and everything.So he waited all that time for a pizza that was already ready.So i'm sure it'll be freezing by the time we get home. We ordered online so that makes the ordering easy, but the service in that place is terrible.No one knows what they're doing. We've just saying you've got to be very aware and very alert and cover your back front and sideways before you leave with anything from there.Because you don't know what you're gonna get or how it's gonna be.And that's sad when you order it online.And they can just read it and not misunderstand what you're saying.So there's no excuse. Well he got home with the pizza and it was a thin crust and it was burnt. So sad.

Finally had to go in and ask for my pizza. The girl walked over looked at it and went back took 4 pizza off the oven track cut them boxed them. Before getting my order. Ridiculous. Management really needed here. This is not acceptable. Not friendly no customer service. Most likely will not be back.
