Then when we finally could order and pulled up to the window you could clearly see that the staff were not doing anything. They have also gotten our orders wrong several times. The only reason we went back was because of convenience of location. This particular Bo is incompetent in staff and I will not be back. (And they're a chicken place...that OFTEN has ran out of chicken).

When we went in and tried to order the person looked and said they didnt have enough chicken cooked to fulfill a 12 piece box. When we told her we would wait for fresh food she proceeded to tell us that she was short handed. She had one person I would say was on break. She was talking to the one on break. There was one young man baking biscuits and who knows where the fourth one was. She claimed their was no one there to fry chicken. How do you have no one to cook at lunchtime on a Sunday when all the areas churches are letting out. Makes no sense to me but I know the next time I get the urge for chicken I will go somewhere else ir fight that urge and have a hamburger instead
