I have been in this Arby's location a few times over last few months. The food is good but the service gets worse by the visit. I try to overlook things by saying perhaps it was just a bad day for them. The manager and one employee are the only 2 that I remember seeing each visit. They must have a high turnover rate because each time I'm in there they have new employees. Today it was terrible. The manager is doing the sandwich preparing. Another guy was trying to train the girl on the register as he is filling the bags for each order. He was to the point he told her to stop taking orders for a moment. It was already super slow. He was trying to figure out the togo orders because they were messed up and stuff was left off a dine in order. I had already been waiting several minutes in line. When they stopped taking orders because the orders were messed up I had enough and walked out. I used to love to eat at Arby's. They had multiple registers and the line moved much faster. Now they use one register for dine in and one for the drive thru. So the ordering super slow and the orders get mixed up because of lack of experience. Hopefully all their stores are not like this.

Extremely slow service. Sat in line for 10 minutes with still no Acknowledgement. Went inside for other customers to be complaining and leaving cause they was still unacknowledged for 15 mins. They still never Acknowledged us so we left. Manger nor any staff paid absolutely any attention to Lobby, nor was they taking orders. Highly disappointed with this location.

I placed an on line order. The food was ready to pick up when I arrived. My wait was minimal in the drive through. The man at the window was very friendly. The only complaint was that some of the items in our box meal were inaccurate. Otherwise all other items were great. I appreciated the customer service at the window. It's hard to find friendly and helpful service at many places.
