- RRResplendent6063 days ago2.0The service isn't very good. Recently, I waited 10 minutes at the pickup window and had to walk in. After about 5 minutes at the counter, they acknowledge me. I explained I've been at the window and the tall man with a beard said "I saw you but I had to get the pizza out of the oven. It was either you or that." I get that the corporation doesn't properly staff you, but take care of your customers. I've been coming here a long time and never have they properly cut a pizza. They will often forget toppings, too. Also, the POS system never reads any of my credit cards properly. It is common for the person to ask for help to accept my cards. It's a poorly managed location that doesn't properly staff or train their staff.

Half the time the card machine messes up, they switch me to different team members or I’ll wait for a call for like 10 minutes. As of yesterday I called, placed my order (my card got charged) as usual and the pizza never showed up. I called again later and asked if it was coming and the guy said no order for my name and address was placed… 🫠 so they were never able to refund me my $65 or send me a receipt, which apparently showed “proof” I ordered. Yet my card got charged. 😐 I feel like I’m being ragebaited

The dough is all gooey and hardly has sauce on them. If we weren't so hungry I would bring them back. I guess it's Papa John's from here on out
