All of the recipes at Calloway’s TN kitchen start with a base of quality ingredients that are locally sourced, when possible, and made fresh. Each item is made daily with that same spirit of how our family cooks in our own kitchen. We crack our eggs each morning, our chicken is hand breaded, hamburgers are made with fresh ground beef, and the pimento mac n cheese is made with real cream. Today we are proud to offer several local and regional ingredients including Benton’s Bacon, Sweet Water Valley Cheese, Swaggerty Sausage, Springer Mountain Farms Chicken, and more to provide all our customers with the flavors of East Tennessee.
