  We visited this location a little after 10:00 in the morning and decided to use the drive-thru. The drive-thru was busy, but there was no line inside. We waited about 10 minutes before placing our order, then another 15 minutes before reaching the window. The lady at the window was very polite, which I did appreciate. However, once we got there, we were told it would be another 20 to 25 minutes for chicken. At that point, waiting around 45 minutes total for fast food just did not seem reasonable, so we decided to leave. When we circled the building, there appeared to be only two customers inside, while the drive-thru was wrapped around the building. I’m not sure if they were short-staffed or if the process just was not running efficiently, but the wait time was very disappointing.

  Waited 40 minutes after ordering online and they ran out of chicken. First time ever going to Bojangles and most likely my last.

  Went here on 03/31/26 around 910 pm. They are open till 10pm. Was told by drive-thru host and manager that they are out of chicken. I said Bojangles is out of chicken? I said what are you selling then? Horrible customer service!

  Went to this bojangles march 25 between 5pm and 6pm. I don’t know who the hell thought to send this undercooked chicken sandwich out. With barely a penny to my name and I can’t even get a decent meal.
