  I pulled in 15 minutes until close and already had a mobile order. When a I pulled in they said that they weren’t serving anymore. I sat there and asked why not and the worker claimed “ we will be here until after hours working on that order “. My order was 10 nuggets and an apple pie. As I was asking the worker why. Another car pulled up and they were asked to pull to the second window and were served. This place has sorry service and I will not be be back because the cookout 30 seconds down the road had me a burger , fires , and cheddar bites ready in less then 4 minutes and it’s 10x better and way cheaper.

  Disappointing experience with my mobile order today. I picked up a Big Breakfast with Hotcakes, but the bag was missing everything essential: syrup, butter, utensils, and napkins. It’s frustrating to get to work and realize you can’t even eat your breakfast properly. Please pay more attention to mobile pickup orders.

  I just don’t get it .. just went through drive thru They had me park at third window . Ok then I specifically asked for NO ONIONS a simple water pounder w cheese meal large size Large fry large Coke Zero Simple I’m pretty allergic to onions .. I threw the burger away . Not going back to this location $11.00 and still messed it up

  What can you expect when you pick McDonald's on the way, anywhere? The food was absolutely disgusting. The French fries were chewy and half of them were cold, the sprite was just soda water, the burger was sloppy (to say the least). The wraps were soft with fresh lettuce, a nice chilled buttermilk ranch, some tasty shredded cheese, and some "chicken" strips with a third of it being either tendon, or re-warmed old dry skin? It resembled chewing on fringe. Finally the service... By far the absolute BEST service of anywhere I've ever been in my entire life. Ordering was simple. The lady over the intercom was was happy, articulate, and easy on the ears. Turns out she's sweeter than the hot apple pies they probably have drying out under a lamp. The manager was nice too! Martin McDonald's midnight Saturday shift makes it worth going to a McDonald's.

  Very unorganized. Ordered food in drive thru then waited forever to finally get to the first window with nobody there. After each car in front moved up and still nobody at the window I moved up. Then they proceeded to tell me to pull around to the front. After waiting longer they come out to tell me they didn’t get my order because I haven’t paid and I said I tried and nobody was there. They then tell me I need to go back in the line that is a mile long. Lots of miscommunication.
