    Waited in drive through line for 19 min. Then got told to pull up where I waited for 7 more mins. Brought order out, i even told the girl what I was waiting on. She assured me it was in the sack. I opened the sack and was still missing 2 items!!! So after waiting a total of 26 min. I STILL HAD TO GO INSIDE!! Not to mention the 2 frosty she gave me was hot and melted because they were made 20 min previously. I seen them on the counter when she took my money. I only ordered 2 chillies, 1 cheeseburger, 1 potatoe 2- 4pc nuggets and 2 frostys. This wasn't a huge order plus I counted at least 5 people behind the counter so they can't say they were short staffed. This was a Monday night around 7pm. This kind of service is absolutely ridiculous!!! When I stormed in there they acted like it was no big deal. What a joke for a Fast Food Restaurant !!!

    Wendy's most definitely is a hit or miss. I hate to say majority of the time something you ordered is going to be old even if you have to pull up to wait. On the other hand, you might pull up and they surprise you and the food is timely and fresh, but it's rare

    Absolutely disgusting behavior from the young male manager who's name begins with M. My sister and I were in the drive thru with three toddlers in the backseat. When we pulled up we went to order frostys for the kids when they began getting upset about what flavor they wanted. We asked the very polite young lady who was taking our order to give us just a moment to order. There was no one behind us. She stated not a problem and to let her know when we were ready. The kids kept going back and forth and still while no one is behind us, we get eagerly asked if we would just like to order at the window. We had no problem with that and pulled forward. Once we got up there (this was maybe a minute from when we pulled up to drive thru order menu to this next moment) we were about to order when again 3 four year olds were talking over me and asked her for just a moment, so that I could tell them to quiet down so I could order or we were not going to get frostys at all. Literally right after I asked her for a second a young black male came aggressively up to the window stated "you need to pull up and park over there and then go back in line to order. Okay, thank you." Clapped hands and closed the window and walked away. Was completely taken back by this, as there was still no one behind us. When the polite young lady came back to the window, I first asked who that was. She confirmed her manager. I then asked if there was anyone behind us and she stated no. I then asked to speak to him. She said that they are having to "watch their drive thru times". When he came back to the window he was visibly pissed. I asked him why he was so rude, and why we needed to park and come back to order if no one was behind us and he interrupted and stated you wanted to go somewhere else then go. Youre not needed here. And started screaming that we needed to leave. I could understand asking us to move forward to come back around if it was busy/any cars behind us. But we were literally about to order and he cut us off, told us to move, and closed a window without any chance to have a 2 way conversation. It was so upsetting and the kids were totally shocked and very upset about it. Will never go back. Disgusting behavior.
