  Very unorganized. Ordered food in drive thru then waited forever to finally get to the first window with nobody there. After each car in front moved up and still nobody at the window I moved up. Then they proceeded to tell me to pull around to the front. After waiting longer they come out to tell me they didn’t get my order because I haven’t paid and I said I tried and nobody was there. They then tell me I need to go back in the line that is a mile long. Lots of miscommunication.

  Made us wait over 10 minutes just to answer us at the speaker so we could get our mobile order. They were able to tell us to wait but not able to get us before the other customers who came after us in the other drive through. So their speaker was obviously not broken. Terrible service. Perhaps somebody needs to get off their behinds and actually hire a full crew.

  Pulled up got a kids meal and 10 piece nuggets meal they didn’t give us any sauce and told us we would have to come inside or go back around and pay for sauce? Who in the hell is in charge of this McDonald’s? Since when did sauce not come with nuggets? I will never in my life be back.

  Ordered a regular Big Mac meal thru DoorDash and a couple other items online . Got a free Big Mac gift with my order bc it was about $30. When my food arrived both Big Macs were plain- as if the sandwiches were half assembled bc they honestly were. Just to get the order out. And it ruined the whole meal I was supposed to eat bc it was my partners food they messed up. I called but McDonalds said it has to go thru DoorDash. I got my $7 refund, but I think the employees should be responsible for not giving a crap about putting together a simple order correct

  I ordered a no 9 steak egg bagel (round egg, no cheese, extra onion) and ice coffee no sugar. The steak was extremely over seasoned and excessive breakfast sauce. The sandwich did not include extra onions no round egg and sugar in my coffee. As a diabetic, I was unable to drink the coffee or eat the meal I paid for and ordered that did not meet my request and what I paid for. As you can see from the picture the bagel is soaked after wiping it off with six napkins, which is also pictured soaked in this fake butter sauce extremely disappointed and here lies $9.98 worth of garbage!
