Wife sat at speaker for over 5 mins with nobody else in drive thru line. Never had anybody take her order. Finally decided to just drive around and saw worker with headset leaned against a car smoking, another just standing at drive through window. This was around 230pm. Please do better. Not sure if short staffed or what.

I’m not one to post reviews but the drive thru here seriously needs work. I have sat waiting for someone to take my order for 15 minutes. The food here is great otherwise never had issues when I actually get food.

Sat in line for 20 min to pick up online order and had to end up going inside and waiting another 10 min to get our food. The lobby was not busy so I don’t understand why it took so long.The drinks were watered down and the beef n cheddar sandwiches were cold and tasted like fish and we couldn’t eat it. Tried calling and nobody answered the phone. I will not be going back to this location. Would not recommend this location to anyone. Total waste of time and money.
