  Sorry that I wasn't impressed with the caramel iced coffee, it just wasn't sweet. Tasted like regular coffee slushed up without any flavors. The service was fantastic but almost $10 for a tasteless coffee, I won't be back. I didn't try any food but I'm glad I didn't with quality like the coffee

  I love 7brew coffee! I have been to all kinds of different locations throughout Tennessee and find that no matter what location I’m visiting I have the best drink! Unfortunately, I do feel that this location has an area and opportunity to improve serving their customers in the order of which they arrive. I have been familiar with other locations and it’s hard to not compare. Other locations that you visit you definitely get to place your order first come first serve, especially when there are two lines of customers coming in. This location does do a great job at making their drinks however, if you’re caught in the wrong line you get missed over when they collect orders from their customers. There’s been many times where I will arrive and not be able to place an order before a new customer arrives and they are helped first.

  Drinks are great but the service is bad. Girl at the window went to the other door with other workers and were hanging out on their phones and I could see my drink set and ready on the table.
