  It`s sonic the food is good enough. The service at this location is horrendous. Their motto should be Sorry about your wait because that`s what they say every time. I understand if all the stalls are full it`s not going to be fast. Today was the last straw I ordered two drinks on the mobile app and there were maybe 10 cars there. 15 minutes after the estimated time I had to call them since I was in an app pick up spot to ask when I was going to get my order. After being put on hold to figure it out I was told we will have that right out. I watched her pick up the drinks that had been ready for who knows how long. Then all I get is an attitude hope you have a great day as she hands them to me. The service has steadily went from bad to pathetic at Madisonville. I will go to other Sonic`s but not this one. This was one bad experience to many.

  I don’t understand what the ordering process failure is so bad here. We repeating our order FOUR times and still managed to forget one of our orders. I told the individual to correct our order and bring everything out correctly, then I'd be glad to pay. Management needs to sit with its staff about ordering metrics and customer service training. This place could be so much better excluding service attitude. Now fix it.

  Great good n service but as customer n not a mobile customer, i had nowhere to park that i could actually see employees or actually anything around me. Felt isolated in parking spot.

  can the toppings be blended into the blasts again instead of a tiddlywinks on the top 🙄
